Samarinda (East Kalimantan Xinhua) – The Government of East Kalimantan are allocated funds from the 2012 state budget through the Ministry of Agriculture of Rp462 million for the development of citrus Keprok Borneo Prima in some areas in East Kalimantan province.

“The funding for it is divided to five districts in East Kalimantan, which Malinau, Paser, East Kutai, Berau and Bulungan district,” said the Head of Department of Agriculture and Horticulture of East Kalimantan (Kalimantan) Eddy Heflin at Peterborough, on Thursday.

Eddy was accompanied by Head of Production Horticulture Gamayanti Union, explained the funds were distributed to areas with different amounts, ie according to need, the number of farmer groups, and the extent of land owned by each of the citrus growers.
